When you cancel your bOnline direct debit with your bank, we receive a failed notification when we try to settle your balance via direct debit. 

On each failed attempt, bOnline incur a charge for this, as well as, divert resources to chase for payment and re-instate direct debits. 

An administrative fee of £20 is added to your invoice in order to cover for such costs.

At bOnline, we are proud to be able to offer the lowest prices in the UK. However, we cannot do this if we have to incur extra costs to take payments. 

To get your direct debit set back up, it is very simple! Contact your bank and ask them to reinstate the direct debit. Then let us know so we can resubmit your direct debit payment.
