Once your order has been placed, the following activation timescales apply:

If you connect your SIM before 12pm, it will activate within 24 hours from 12pm.

If you connect your SIM after 12pm, it will activate within 24 hours from 4pm.

If you connect your SIM after 4pm, it will activate by 12pm the following day.

- If you connect your SIM before 12pm, it will activate within 24 hours from 12pm.
- If you connect your SIM after 12pm, it will activate within 24 hours from 4pm.
- If you connect your SIM after 4pm, it will activate by 12pm the following day.

Once a SIM bar has been requested, it can take up to 2 working days to take effect.

Once a SIM swap has been requested, it can take up to 2 working days to switch to the new SIM.
