To block spam calls, you will have to register with the UK's Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This service helps UK citizens protect themselves from unwanted spam calls. You can register for free to opt out of live sales and marketing calls, and submit complaints about nuisance callers.
How to register with TPS
Go to tpsonline.org.uk.
Complete the registration form to opt out of live sales and marketing calls.

How to make a complaint
Go to the TPS complaints page.
Enter details about the spam caller, including the phone number and the time of the call.
Submit the complaint form.
