Automated call recording

Quickly activate recordings for users and extension groups using automated call recordings. All calls will be recorded and stored securely to listen to at any time for up to 3 years (upgrade to 5 years). Please read this article on how to use the call summaries & recordings feature.

Automated call recording is a paid upgrade from on-demand call recording. Upgrade for £5 monthly, per user via voipcare@bonline.com

How to activate automatic call recordings:

  • Click "Users and devices" in the sidebar.

  • Select the user by clicking on "View more".

  • Scroll down and click on the "Edit" button next to "User add-ons".

  • Select the call recording plan according to your preference.  Click on "I accept the additional monthly charges" and "Save".

Please note: "Automated call recordings" are set up based on how many extensions or users you'd like to activate. The recording will stop if the call is transferred or redirected. Whereas, when an extension group is being recorded, the call will till be recorded even if the call is transferred or redirected.



How is this different from on-demand call recording?


On-demand call recording can only record one call at a time and when the user initiates it.
