The number of devices you can connect to your bOnline router depends on whether you have a 4G or 5G router, as well as the signal strength and speeds available at your location.
Device limits
5G router: can support up to 30 connected devices, though we recommend no more than 5 devices for the best performance.
4G router: can support a small number of connected devices depending on your signal strength. If you are experiencing low speeds, we recommend connecting only 1 device at a time.
How connected devices affect your speed
The more devices that are actively using the internet at the same time, the more your speeds will be affected. Signal strength at your location also plays a role: the stronger your signal, the better your router will perform with multiple devices connected.
