Service not working on the live date

If your service isn't working on your scheduled live date, this is usually due to how the transfer between providers happens.

What happens during the transfer:

  • The transfer can take 10–14 working days to complete.

  • Your service remains active with your current provider until the live date.

  • On the live date, you may experience intermittent downtime affecting both your internet and analogue services.

Why downtime occurs:

  • The service needs to cease with your current provider.

  • It is then activated with bOnline.

  • This downtime also allows any systematic issues to be resolved.

These processes can continue until midnight on the live date.
