This article explains how to delete voicemail messages in the bOnline mobile app.
How to listen to a voicemail
To listen to your voicemails using the bOnline mobile app, follow these steps:
Open the bOnline mobile app.
Navigate to the Recents section.
Tap on Voicemails.
If a voicemail is available, tap the three-dot menu next to the voicemail to access playback options and play the message.
Note: The play option will only appear if there is an actual voicemail message present.
How to delete a voicemail
Open the bOnline mobile app.
Select Recents at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Voicemails tab.
Select the three dots next to the voicemail you want to delete.
Select Delete.
Voicemails can only be deleted one at a time. There is no option to bulk delete multiple voicemails. Additionally, deleting voicemails is not supported on the bOnline web interface. To delete voicemails, you must use either the mobile app or the desktop app.
