Making a call using your bOnline desktop app

This article explains how to make a call using the bOnline desktop app, via the quick call bar or the dialler.

This article explains how to make a call using the bOnline desktop app. There are two ways to do this: using the quick call bar or the dialler.

Option A: Make a call using the quick call bar

  1. Click the Make a call section at the top-left of the screen.

  2. Begin typing the phone number or extension code of the person you would like to call.

  3. Click the Call button next to their name to make a voice or video call.

Option B: Make a call using the dialler

  1. Click Make a call in the left navigation menu to open the dialler.

  2. Type the number you would like to call or search for a contact using the dialler.

  3. Click the Call button to connect.

Please note: You can set a caller ID from your dialler to display when making outgoing calls. See Setting a caller ID in the desktop app.
