This article explains how to make a call using the bOnline desktop app. There are two ways to do this: using the quick call bar or the dialler.
Option A: Make a call using the quick call bar
Click the Make a call section at the top-left of the screen.
Begin typing the phone number or extension code of the person you would like to call.
Click the Call button next to their name to make a voice or video call.
Option B: Make a call using the dialler
Click Make a call in the left navigation menu to open the dialler.
Type the number you would like to call or search for a contact using the dialler.
Click the Call button to connect.
Please note: You can set a caller ID from your dialler to display when making outgoing calls. See Setting a caller ID in the desktop app.
