How to Download the bOnline Phone and Desktop Apps

This article explains how to download the bOnline app on your mobile device or desktop computer so you can make and receive business calls wherever you are.

You can use the bOnline Phone app in your browser, on your computer or on your mobile. All the options are in one place in MYbOnline.

Where to find the downloads

Step 1: Log in to the MYbOnline portal.

Step 2: Go to Phone settings > Download apps.

You'll see three options: Browser, Desktop downloads and Mobile downloads. Pick the one that suits you.

Use the app in your browser

Under Browser, click Continue in your browser to use the app straight from your web browser.

Download the desktop app

The bOnline desktop app is available for Windows and Mac. Under Desktop downloads, click Get it from Microsoft on a Windows computer, or Download on the Mac App Store on a Mac, then install the app.

Download the mobile app

The bOnline mobile app is available for iOS and Android. You can download it in three ways.

Option 1: Download from the app store

Option 2: Scan the QR code in MYbOnline

Under Mobile downloads, click Android QR Code or iOS QR Code, then scan the code with your phone's camera to go straight to the right app store.

Option 3: Search in the app store

Go to Google Play or the App Store and search for bOnline Phone. The app icon is teal.

What to do if the app is unavailable in your region

If you see the message "App not available in your country or region", try this:

  1. Use a VPN service on your mobile device.

  2. Set the VPN location to a country where the app is available.

  3. With the VPN active, open the app store.

  4. Search for "bOnline Phone" and download the app.

Login Process

The login is the same in your browser, on your computer and on your mobile. Open the app, then follow these steps:

  1. Open the bOnline Phone app.

  2. Enter your email address as the username.

  3. Use the login PIN provided during your account setup.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure your VPN is active and set to the correct location if the app is unavailable in your region.

  • Double-check your email address and login PIN for accuracy.

  • Contact bOnline support if you encounter further issues.
