How to Disable the Do Not Disturb (DND) Feature on Your Desk Handset

If incoming calls are going directly to voicemail or ringing only on the app instead of your desk handset, the Do Not Disturb (DND) feature may be enabled. Follow these steps to disable it:

Access the Menu: On your desk handset, press the OK button to open the main menu.

Navigate to Call Features: Use the navigation keys to scroll to the Call Features option and select it.

Select Do Not Disturb: Within the Call Features menu, locate and select the Do Not Disturb option.

Disable DND: Change the status of Do Not Disturb to Disabled.

Save Changes: Confirm or save the changes if prompted.
