Making a call using your bOnline phone desktop app

To make a call using your bOnline desktop phone app, navigate to the "Make a call" section at the top-left of the screen.

• Begin typing the phone number or extension code of the person you would like to call. Click the "Call" button next to their name to call or video call them.

• Alternatively, you could use the dialer, which can be accessed by clicking the "Make a call" button. You can type out the number you would like to call or search for a contact from the dialer.
