Before You Start
Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps recommended for taking numerous calls at once).
Check your current operating system version in your device settings.
Update your apps and browsers to the latest versions for the best security and performance.
Mobile App Requirements (Version 2.32.3)
The bOnline mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices.
iOS: Requires iOS 17.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPod touch.
Android: Requires Android 14 and above.
Desktop App Requirements (Version 1.16)
The bOnline desktop app is designed for Windows and Mac computers.
Windows: Windows 10 or Windows 11.
macOS: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.
Web Browser Requirements
If you are using the web-based phone interface or managing settings in the MybOnline portal, ensure you use a supported browser:
Google Chrome: version 50.0.2661 or above.
Mozilla Firefox: version 46 or above.
Microsoft Edge: version 37.14316 or above.
Safari: version 10 or above (also supports versions 6.1 through 9).
