The bOnline mobile app is available for both iOS and Android. You can download it in three ways. ​

Option 1: Download Directly from the App Store

Option 2: Scan the QR Code in MybOnline

Log in to the <a href="https://my.bonline.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MybOnline</a> portal and scan the Android or iOS QR code to be taken directly to the relevant app store. ​

​Option 3: Search in the App Store

Go to Google Play or the App Store and search for bOnline Phone. The app icon will appear in a teal colour.

What to Do If the App Is Unavailable in Your Region

If you encounter a message stating, “App not available in your country or region,” follow these steps:

Set the VPN location to a country where the app is available.

Search for "bOnline Phone" and download the app.

1. Use a VPN service on your mobile device.
2. Set the VPN location to a country where the app is available.
3. With the VPN active, open the App Store.
4. Search for "bOnline Phone" and download the app.

The bOnline desktop app is available for Windows and Mac. Click the relevant link below to download the latest version.
