You may need your Yealink device's IP address to access the web interface for configuration or troubleshooting. This article explains how to find it on both desk phones and cordless devices.
Desk phones (T31, T4, T5 Series)
- Press the Settings or Menu button on the phone.
- Select Status.
- Scroll down to view the IP address.
Cordless devices (W Series)
- Press the Settings or Menu button on the handset.
- Select Status.
- Select Base.
- Scroll down to view the IP address.
You can also find the IP address by checking the registration information on a paired handset.
