If your first bOnline bill is higher than you expected, this is completely normal. Your first bill is different from every bill after it because it combines several types of charges at once.
Why is the first bill different?
Your first bill includes charges billed in advance, charges billed after your service went live, and any one-off setup charges agreed at sign-up. This combination only happens once. From your second bill onwards, you will only see your regular monthly plan charge plus any usage.
Will my bill go back to normal?
Yes. From your second invoice onwards, your bill will reflect only your regular monthly plan and any usage or add-ons. One-off charges will not appear again.

Already an existing customer and your bill has gone up?
If you have been with bOnline for some time and your bill has suddenly increased, this article does not apply to your situation. Your higher bill is unlikely to be related to first-invoice charges. Common causes for an existing customer's bill rising include:
A new user or seat was added to your account mid-cycle, triggering a pro-rata charge for the days they were active before your billing date.
A price increase was applied. bOnline notifies in-contract customers via their billing invoice email.
Usage outside your included call package.
A new add-on or service was activated on your account.
