You can connect your Office 365 or Google account to the bOnline desktop app to view and call your contacts directly from the phonebook. This article explains how to connect and disconnect your account.
Please note: Yealink desk phones do not support direct Office 365 or Google contact sync. Contacts must be exported as a CSV file and manually imported via the Yealink web interface.
How to connect your Office 365 or Google account
Click Settings in the bottom-left of the screen.
Select Integrations.
Click the Lock icon next to the account you want to connect — either Office 365 or Google.
Log in to your account when prompted to complete the sync.
Once connected, a new tab will appear in the phonebook section of the desktop and mobile apps showing your synced contacts. See bOnline desktop app contact directory.
How to remove the integration
Click Settings in the bottom-left of the screen.
Select Integrations.
Click the Lock icon next to the connected account. This will sign you out and remove those contacts from your phonebook.
