To access your bOnline desktop phone app's 'About' page, click on the Settings button at the bottom-left of the screen then click About at the bottom of the list of settings.
You will be presented with all of the app's technical information.
How to check your Stack settings
Log in to the bOnline desktop app.
Open the dial pad.
Dial *10.
Click Call.
You will then hear an automated message that plays back your current Stack settings.
