Automatic call recordings quickly create clutter and put you at risk of confidential data falling into the wrong hands. To protect yourself and declutter, here are the steps you can take to delete automatic call recordings.

Sign in at my.bonline.com and go to the Call Recordings option.

Select all of the calls that you would like to delete and confirm your deletions.

To recover any deleted recordings, simply click on the Recently Deleted button.

It will give you three options: Download (blue), Restore (green), and Permanently Delete (red). Click on the green icon to restore recently deleted call recordings.
