How to access call reports and analytics in the mybOnline portal

Access your call logs, recordings, and analytics in the mybOnline portal, including call trends, time of day statistics, and call density.

Learn how to access your call reports and keep track of your call activity and statistics. Call reports give you important data and insight into your call trends and overall performance.

How do I access call logs?

  1. Scroll down and click Call Reports.

  2. Scroll to Call Summary and Recordings. From this section of the Call Reports page, you can get various information about the person you called, the date and time, and more.

You'll also see a list of all your call recordings between users and customers. You can pause and play recordings as you need, or download them to your device.

Can I download my call logs?

No, not at the moment. We are currently working on a feature that allows you to do this and will update you as soon as it is available.

How do I access call analytics?

  1. Click Call Trends. This section of the Call Reports page gives you easy-to-read graphs showing your call trends, busiest times of day, and when you receive the most calls.

  2. Set the Time Period. You will be given various time period options to choose from.

Call Trends: this displays the number of calls per day for the given period.
