Call forwarding is used to divert incoming calls to other numbers when your main number is busy or you're unable to answer.
To enable call forwarding rules via the bOnline desktop phone app, click the 'Settings' button at the bottom-left of the screen.
Click on 'Call forwarding'.
Select the rule you'd like to enable: 'Always', 'No answer', or 'Busy'. You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to.
Once you have selected the number you want to forward calls to, toggle on the forwarding rule, then click 'Save'.
Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
