Call forwarding on your bOnline phone desktop app

Call forwarding is used to divert incoming calls to other numbers when your main number is busy or you're unable to answer.

  • To enable call forwarding rules via the bOnline desktop phone app, click the "Settings" button at the bottom-left of the screen.

  • Click on "Call forwarding".

  • Select the rule you'd like to enable: "Unconditional", "No answer", or "Busy". You will be prompted to type out the number that calls should be diverted to.

  • Once you have selected the number you want to forward calls to, you will notice that the forwarding rule will now be toggled on, now click "Save"

  • Your call forwarding rule will now be active.
