NB: Engineer timeslots available:
- AM timeslot (08:00 - 13:00)
- PM timeslot (13:00 - 18:00)
- All day (Engineer to visit the exchange.)
Timeslots available for specific order types:
- New Line Installation: AM or PM
- Fibre Upgrade: All day
- Migrate: All day
- Takeover: All day
- Restart: All day
- Downgrade: All day
- GFAST: AM or PM
