You can view and download your bills, check past invoices, and make payments directly through the MybOnline portal.
How to access your bills
- Sign in to the MybOnline portal.
- Select Billing from the left-hand menu.
- From the Billingsection you can:
- View your latest bill
- Download bills as a PDF
- See past bills and invoices
- Make a payment
Have more than one account with bOnline?
If you have multiple products or accounts registered under the same email address, you can switch between them in the MybOnline portal to view the billing for each one separately. See How to switch between products in the MybOnline portal.
