Switching to Direct Debit for your bOnline account ensures seamless, automatic payments every month. Follow the steps below to set it up through the mybOnline portal.

Log in to your mybOnline portal at my.bonline.com and go to the Billing page.

Under Payment details, click Switch to Direct Debit.

Enter your bank account details in the fields provided, then click Save details.

Your Direct Debit will be set up and future invoices will be collected automatically.
