The <a href="https://my.bonline.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">mybOnline portal</a> lets you review your tariff and contract details so you always know your plan information and contract duration.

Log in: log in to the mybOnline portal with your account details.

Go to Details: select the Details section in the menu.

Check tariff info: see the tariff name, price, and any promotions linked to your account.

The Contract details page lists every contract on your account in a table, showing the reference number, start date, end date, and contract length.

If you have more than one product or service, you'll see more than one row — match the reference number to the order or product you're asking about.

Click the download icon on the relevant row to save that contract as a PDF.
