The MybOnline shop allows you to browse and purchase bOnline devices including desk phones, cordless phones, headsets, and accessories. The shop is available to VoIP customers only.
How to purchase a device
- Log in to the MybOnline portal.
- Select Shop from the left-hand menu.
- Browse by category: Desk phones, Cordless phones, Headsets, or Accessories.
- Select Add to basket on the device you want to purchase.
- Use the + and - buttons to select the quantity.
Please note: You can purchase a maximum of 5 items per order through the MybOnline shop. For orders of more than 5 items, call 0203 617 9950.- The Checkout basket in the top-right corner will update as you add devices.
- Hover over the basket and select Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address.
- Confirm your order is correct.
- Select Pay now.
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a tracking link. You can also use the Order tracker in the MybOnline portal to check the status of your delivery.
All devices purchased from bOnline arrive ready to use with no setup required.
