How to use the MYbOnline shop for bOnline products

Explore the MYbOnline shop to view and purchase bOnline products and services. The MYbOnline shop provides you with a wide range of devices such as headsets, additional handsets, cordless phones, and desk phones.

  • From the 'Shop' page, for easy browsing, you can go to specific device pages such as 'Desk phones', 'Cordless phones, and more.

  • To purchase a device, click 'Add to basket' then use the '+' and '-' buttons to select the amount of devices you'd like to purchase.

Please note: Customers are restricted to a maximum of 5 items when completing purchases through the MYbOnline shop page. Please call our customer service team on 0203 617 9950 for orders of more than 5 items. 


  • You will notice when adding devices that the 'Checkout' basket will update accordingly.

  • When you're ready, hover over your basket, then from the pop-up, click 'Checkout'. You will be required to set your address for delivery.

  • Confirm your order is correct before clicking 'Pay now'.

  • You'll get an email confirming the order followed by a tracking link. You can also make use of the 'Order tracker' to keep track of the status of your device's delivery.


Please note: The shop feature is available to VoIP customers only. All devices purchased from bOnline arrive ready to plug & play for easy setup.
