How to add a new user
Log in to the MybOnline portal.
Select Phone settings from the left-hand menu.
Select Users and devices.
Select Add new user.
Enter the new user's details.
Select Save.
Users can only be added one at a time. You can add up to 3 users yourself through the MybOnline portal.
Need to add more than 3 users?
Paying customers: when you reach 3 users, the portal asks you to either:
Call 020 3617 9950, or
Book a call online.
Our team will then help you add the extra users. An onboarding session is required for an advanced setup, third-party desk phones, or custom call flows.
Trial accounts: if you're on a trial, adding more users takes you to the upgrade page instead.
