What Do I Need to Do When I Move Premises?
- Update your billing address and emergency contact details in the MybOnline portal. See How to set up your emergency details for step-by-step instructions.
- If you have a digital phone that connects via a router, plug it into an available router at your new premises using an Ethernet cable. The phone will register with your VoIP service automatically.
