- Change of premises will not impact your VoIP services as they are cloud-based.
What should I do if I need to move premises and I have a VoIP service?
- All you would need to do is update your billing address and emergency contact information. This can be done via the MybOnline portal: How to set up your emergency details.
- If you have a digital phone that normally connects via a router, simply plug it into an available router using an Ethernet cable. The phone will register with your VoIP service automatically.
Please note: Ensure the router has an internet connection and allows VoIP/SIP traffic.
