How to access your 30-day call summary in the mybOnline portal

View a quick overview of your missed, answered, and outgoing calls from the past 30 days on the mybOnline dashboard.

The 30-day call summary gives you a quick overview of your call activity over the past 30 days, including missed, answered, and outgoing calls. You can access it directly from the mybOnline portal.

How to access your 30-day call summary

  1. Log in to the mybOnline portal.

  2. From the dashboard, locate the 30-Day Call Summary section.

  3. Review your call activity, including the number of missed, answered, and outgoing calls over the past 30 days.

What the summary shows

The 30-day call summary displays a breakdown of your recent call activity:

  • Missed calls: calls that came in but were not answered.

  • Answered calls: inbound calls that were successfully picked up.

  • Outgoing calls: calls made from your bOnline number.
