Gigaset provisioning guide for VoIP 2.0

Once the device has been added to MyTelephony log into the WebGUI using the IP address.

How to find the IP:

  • On the handset click 'Menu' and go to 'Settings'.

  • Go to 'System' and click on 'Local Network'.

  • Once you’ve clicked on 'Local Network', click the down arrow, and it will display the IP address.

What to do when you have logged into the WebGUI:

  • Enter the system PIN, which is '0000' by default.

  • Click on 'Settings' → 'Management' → 'Firmware update'.

  • Enter the provisioning URL in the 'Data Server' field, then click 'Set' at the bottom of the page.

  • Click 'Reboot & Reset' → 'Reboot'.

This will cause the phone to reboot and do an upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete the device should be in working/registered status.
