Factory reset the device:
Reboot the phone by unplugging the power cable and wait for the starting application.
While the phone is in the starting application wait for the cancel button to appear then press it.
The phone will show a 7-second countdown. This is the only open window to press the key combination to go to the hard reset page:
VVX series (VVX300, 301, 310, 311, etc): Press and hold 1 3 5 within the 7-second countdown until it prompts you to the password page.
Sound Point IP 335: Press and hold 1 3 5 7 within the 7-second countdown until it prompts you to the password page.
Sound Point IP series (IP550,560,570, etc): Press and hold 4 6 8* within the 7-second count down until it prompts you to the password page.

Now, use the handset's softkeys to enter the 'MAC address' to reset the device.
Once you factory reset the device, you must get the IP address and enter it in the web browser.
To get the IP address: Click the 'Home' icon when the phone is in an idle state. Then go to 'Settings' > 'Status' > 'Network' > 'TCP/IP parameters'.
Once logged into the web interface follow these steps:
Enter the password as 456.
Once you are in the interface please select 'Settings'.
Then select 'Provisioning Server'
You are required to fill out the following:
Server Type: Will always be HTTP.
Server address: Enter the provisioning string you copied from the MYbOnline portal.
DHCP Menu: This should always be static.
Once the above is done, click 'Save'.
This will cause the phone to reboot and do an upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete the device should be in working/registered status.
