This article explains how to factory reset your Yealink handset, find its IP address, and complete provisioning for bOnline's VoIP 3.0 system using the device's web interface.
Before You Start
- Requirements: Your Yealink handset and the computer or laptop you are using must be connected to the same network.
- Requirements: You will need the provisioning string from the MybOnline portal. See Managing devices using the MybOnline customer portal for how to find this.

Your IP address will look something like: 192.168.1.100
Please note: If the device shows no IP address, the internet is not reaching the device. Check the following: ethernet cables, ethernet ports, firewall settings, and your broadband connection.Step 3: Complete Setup in the Web Interface
- Open a web browser and enter the IPv4 address in the address bar.
- Log in with the username admin and the password admin.

- Select Settings in the top menu.

- Select Auto Provisioning from the left-hand menu.
- Enter the provisioning string you copied from the MybOnline portal into the Server URL field.

- Select Confirm.

- Scroll down and select Auto Provision Now.

Reboot and Upgrade
If completed successfully, the device will reboot and upgrade automatically. Once the upgrade is complete, the device should show a Working/Registered status.
If the Device Was Not Factory Reset
If the device is already provisioned and working without a factory reset, the default login credentials (admin / admin) will not work. Contact bOnline support for the admin password.
