Making a Call from your bOnline Mobile App

This article explains how to make a call using the bOnline mobile app. The dialler is the homepage of your app, so you can start making calls straight away.

How to Make a Call

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the dialler icon on the far left to open the dialler.
2. Type a number or extension code using the keypad, then tap the green Dial button at the bottom of the screen to make a call.

How to Search for a Contact

1. Tap the Search number or contact box above the keypad.
2. Begin typing the contact name or number.
3. From the drop-down menu next to the contact's name, select the action you would like to perform.
