Does bOnline supply mobile numbers?
No. bOnline supplies landline numbers only. You cannot use a mobile number as your bOnline business phone number.
When you set up your account, you will be assigned a landline number based on your chosen area code. If you need a different area code, you can request a number change through the bOnline support team.
Can I receive calls on my mobile phone?
Yes. You can receive incoming calls to your bOnline landline number on your mobile phone by using the bOnline mobile app. When someone calls your bOnline number, the call will ring on any device where you are logged in to the app, including your mobile phone.
You can also make outgoing calls from the bOnline mobile app. These calls will display your bOnline landline number as the caller ID.
Can I use a mobile number as my caller ID?
No. Your outbound caller ID will display your bOnline landline number. You cannot set a mobile number as your caller ID for outgoing calls.
