To edit your profile details or change your login PIN via the bOnline mobile phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.
Click the 'Edit my profile' button at the top-right of the screen.
You can change your profile name, surname, phone number, and email address.
This is also where you can change your login PIN.
You must enter your current login PIN before typing out and confirming your new one. Then click 'Save'.
