How to Change Your Presence State in the bOnline Mobile App

Your presence state lets other users on your account see your current availability at a glance. Certain states also let you send calls to voicemail when you do not want to answer.

Step 1: Click the My Profile Icon

Click the My Profile icon at the top-right of the screen.

Step 2: Click State

From the list of options, click State.

Step 3: Pick Your State

Pick your preferred state: Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, or Invisible.

The presence state options: Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, and Invisible.

What Each State Means

Away: Setting your state to Away tells other users you are not available at the moment because you are occupied.

Do Not Disturb: When Do Not Disturb is active, you will see a red message at the top of your screen.

Please note: You will not be able to receive calls while Do Not Disturb is active.

Invisible: In the Invisible state, other users on your account will see you as offline even when you are online and available.

The offline indicator shown next to a user when the Invisible state is active.
