How to Change Your Presence State in the bOnline Mobile App

The presence state will allow other users on your account to get a quick glance of what you are. Certain states will also allow you to direct calls to voicemail if you do not want to answer.

Step 1: Click on the My Profile Icon

First things first, go ahead and click on the 'My Profile' icon at the top-right of the screen.

Step 2: Click on 'State'

From the list of available options, go ahead and click on 'State'.

Step 3: Pick Your State

Now, simply pick your preferred state: 'Available' 'Away', 'Do Not Disturb', or "Invisible".

The 'Away' State

Placing "Away" as your presence state will communicate that you are not available at the moment as you are occupied.

Do Not Disturb State
If 'Do Not Disturb' is active, you will see a red display message at the top of your screen (hard to miss).
Please note: You will not be able to receive calls when this state is active.
Invisible State
In the invisible state, it will show users on your account that you’re offline even when you are online and available.
