Changing your active state in the bOnline mobile app

To change your presence state via the bOnline mobile phone app, click the 'My Profile' button at the top-right of the screen.

  • From the list of options available, you will need to click 'State'.

  • Choose from one of the states available: 'Available', 'Away', or 'Do not disturb'.

If 'Do not disturb' is active, you will be notified by a red display message at the top of your screen. You will not be able to make or receive calls when this state is active.
