Changing your presence state on the bOnline phone mobile app

To change your presence state via the bOnline mobile phone app, click the "My profile" button at the top-right of the screen.

• From the list of options available, you will need to click "State".

• Choose from one of the states available: "Available", "Away", or "Do not disturb".

Please note: If "Do not disturb" is active, you will be notified by a red display message on your screen. You will not be able to make or receive calls when this state is active.
