To log in to your bOnline desktop phone app, simply launch the bOnline phone app first. You will then need to enter your email address and password.
Upon launching the app for the first time, a pop-up asking you to activate the application notifications will appear, click "Activate notifications".
You will also need to allow the application access to your camera and microphone for the app to work correctly.
