If you have forgotten your login PIN, easily reset it from the bOnline desktop phone app by clicking "Forgot login PIN?" at the bottom of the login screen.
- You will be prompted to enter the email address linked to the account. Once you've typed it out, click "Reset".
- A PIN reset link will be sent to your email address, follow the prompts to reset it.
