If you've forgotten your bOnline Phone desktop app login PIN, don't worry—recovering it is simple. This guide will show you how to reset your PIN quickly, so you can regain access to your business communications without any hassle.
Clicking the 'Forgot Login PIN?' option at the bottom of the login screen of the bOnline phone desktop app.
You will be prompted to re-enter the email address linked to the account. Once you've entered it, click 'Send email'.
An email will be sent to you. You'll need to reset your PIN form here. Once you have typed out your new PIN, click 'Reset'.
A 'Success' message will appear once you have reset your PIN. From here, click 'Back to login' to sign in using your email address and new PIN.
