To access your contacts in the bOnline application, click on 'Phonebook' at the top left of the screen. This will allow you to efficiently manage your contact directories.
Favourites: A list of contacts you have marked as favourites. To add a contact to this list, click the star symbol to the left of the contact's name.
My Contacts: A collection of numbers saved directly within the bOnline application. These would be the numbers you added or imported.
Team: All users within your business who have the bOnline application, such as users 201 and 202.
Google/Microsoft 365: A collection of saved Google or Microsoft contacts will appear here once integrated within the bOnline desktop app.
Company Contacts: Contacts stored here are the ones you have imported via the MYbOnline customer portal. Please read this article to learn more about this feature.
Clicking on a contact will open up all interactions you've had with this contact, such as calls, voicemail messages, and chat messages.

WhatsApp: Reach the support team via WhatsApp for quick queries.
