This article explains how to update your profile name and password in the MybOnline portal.

How to access Profile and Preferences

Log in to the MybOnline portal.
Select your name in the top-right corner of the page.
Select Profile and preferences from the drop-down menu.

How to change your profile name

Your profile name is the display name shown on your account. This can be your personal name, an alias, or your business name.

On the Profile and Preferences page, select Edit in the My Profile section.
Update your First name, Last name, or both.
Select Save.

How to change your password

This changes the password you use to log in to the MybOnline portal.

On the Profile and Preferences page, select Change Password in the My Profile section.
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Select Save.
