In this article, we’ll cover how you can update your profile preferences in the MybOnline portal, including your profile name, password, and email address.
Updating Your Profile
In the top right corner of the Mybonline portal, click on the drop-down shown in the picture.
Select Profile and Preferences
From the drop-down in the top-right corner of the page, select 'Profile and preferences'.
Changing Your Name & Password
Click on 'Edit', to change your name and click on 'Change password' to change your password.

Profile Name: Changing your profile name will allow you to change the first and last name that your main account displays, this can also be an alias or a business name.
Password: Changing the password allows you to create a new login password for your MYbOnline account. Use of the new password requirements to create a secure new password.
How To Change Your Email Address
Once you have logged in to my.bonline.com, here are the following steps you can take to easily change your email address.
1. Once logged in, look at the left-hand side menu and scroll down to find “Billing.”
2. Under the Billing section, click on “Account Information.”
3. Click on the “Edit” button.
