How to Access Your 30-Day Call Summary
- Log in to the MybOnline portal at my.bonline.com.
- From the dashboard, locate the 30-Day Call Summary section.
- Review your call activity, including the number of missed, answered, and outgoing calls over the past 30 days.

What the Summary Shows
The 30-day call summary displays a breakdown of your recent call activity:
- Missed calls — calls that came in but were not answered.
- Answered calls — inbound calls that were successfully picked up.
- Outgoing calls — calls made from your bOnline number.
Please note: This summary is a high-level overview only. For a full breakdown with filters, date ranges, and per-user data, use the call reports and analytics section of the MybOnline portal.
