Call summaries and recordings are a vital tool for any organisation and allow business owners to view, play and download call recordings and enjoy peace of mind knowing they're securely stored.
- To make use of the "Call summary & recordings" feature, go to the "Call reports" page.
- Underneath "Call summary & recordings", next to the call you would like to listen to, click "View recordings".
Here you'll see a list of all recordings between users and customers. You can pause and play recordings as you need, or even download them to your device.
