How to Enable On-Demand and Automated Call Recording

To enable Call Recordings, you can either do this Manually (in the MybOnline portal or CRM) or by Calling In. Our friendly customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

Manual Option 

Here are the steps you can take to add and enable recording. 


1. Account Add-ons

In the bOnline portal, go to Phone Settings, Account Add-ons, and then edit next to Call Recordings

2. Choose Your Call Recording Mode

You can choose between Automatic and On-Demand recordings. 


3. Choose Advanced or Basic 

Choose between our Basic or Advanced call recording package. 


Advanced

The Advanced call recording package will provide you with a range of valuable and convenient benefits, including access to text transcripts, summaries and keyword search. 


Basic 

If you only want to listen to and download your recordings, then the Basic plan is for you.


Choose Your Time Period


7 Years

This is a great option if you would like to stay compliant with industry regulations. All important calls will be stored safely and securely, making it easy for you to access them for audits, legal reviews, and compliance checks.  


1 Year

The Basic option works out well if you only need to review your more recent calls and monitor team performance. If you don’t need long-term storage, but would like access to some of your more recent calls, this is a fantastic option for quality assurance and training.
