How to set up temporary call diverts

A temporary call divert allows you to divert all incoming calls to a different phone number. Discover how to set up temporary call diverts in your bOnline phone system, helping you manage your business communications effectively.

Please note: A temporary call divert 'overrides' any call flow put in place, this means people calling to your business will be diverted to the selected phone number without hearing any welcome greeting or prompts from your business.


  • At the top-right of the 'Call Flows' page, click on 'Temporary divert'.



  • Toggle on 'Enable call divert', then type the number you want your calls diverted. Before you click 'Save', please note that call charges may apply based on your tariff.


  • A banner will display for as long as your temporary call divert is active. Disable it from here at any time.
