A temporary call divert allows you to divert all incoming calls to a different phone number. We’ve also included a helpful video right at the end of this page to make things even easier for you.
Please note: A temporary call divert 'overrides' any call flow put in place, this means people calling to your business will be diverted to the selected phone number without hearing any welcome greeting or prompts from your business.
MYbOnline Portal
If you’re using the MYbOnline portal, all you have to do is find your way to
Phone Settings, Call Flows, and then select the Divert option of your choice.

3.2 Enable Call Divert
Please note that this feature will set up a call divert for all inbound calls that will be redirected to an external phone number.
3.3 Enter the phone number you would like the call to be diverted to.
Once you have created your call divert, you will see a banner across your screen. You can also disable the call divert here.
Here are notes to consider when creating your temporary divert:
A temporary divert is a direct divert and does not go through the call flow on our system
Diverting to an external number will create an outbound phone call each time. Call charges may apply based on your tariff.
