You can customise your phone with add-ons, which will be added to your bill. Using a bOnline phone, you can dial international destinations. You can enable the add-on if your last direct debit was successful; if not, you'll have to call in to activate the service and fulfil outstanding payments.

On the 'Account add-ons' page, click 'Edit' next to 'International calling'.
The add-on pop-up will appear, choose your desired package and accept the charges before clicking 'Submit'.
If your last direct debit was not successful, you will see this pop-up instead, and you'll have to call in to activate the service and fulfil outstanding payments.
