How to set up a Holiday Schedule

Easily set up and manage your bOnline phone system's holiday schedule to handle calls efficiently during public holidays and special occasions. You can set up a holiday schedule for your business, for one date or multiple consecutive dates. 

  • On the 'Phone setup' page, under the 'Holiday schedule' section, click 'Add schedule'.

  • A pop-up will appear requiring you to name your holiday. Once you have named your holiday, click 'Start and end date'.

  • From here, select the relevant dates from the calendar. Click the start date first, then the end date to create the date range.


  • Once you have selected the start and end date of your holiday, click 'Save'. Your new holiday will appear under the holiday schedule tab.


Please note: For the holiday hours to work, please set up an out-of-hours greeting in the present call flow. When the greeting is set, it will be played whenever someone calls in during the holiday hours. If there is no greeting enabled, the holiday schedule feature will not function.
