Making international calls

Using bOnline phone, you can dial international destinations as part of a prepaid package or choose "Pay As You Dial". To upgrade or edit your bOnline phone international calling add-ons, please call our customer service team on 0203 617 9950.

We recommend an affordable international package of £6 +VAT for 500 minutes or £10 +VAT for 1,000 minutes to 100 top destinations. Please refer to our International package destinations page for more details or our VoIP rate card.

Please note: International destinations that do not appear in the 'Approved' or 'Barred' lists can still be call but require a PIN for extra security.
