  • Follow the next steps to do so:

  • Open your browser, then in the address bar, enter http://192.168.0.1 and press 'Enter'.

  • Enter your login information and choose 'Log in', the default password can be found on a sticker at the bottom of the ZTE MC888.

  • Choose 'Advanced Settings'.

  • Choose 'Others'.

  • Choose 'Reset'.

  • Choose 'Reset'.

  • Choose 'Yes'.


  • Your ZTE MC888 will reset to factory default and restart automatically. After the factory reset, you will need to log in to your modem using the default name and password.
